Return Policy

BY PURCHASING FROM LEGACY YOU AGREE TO OUR RETURN POLICY . 

 

REFUNDS: We do not process refunds back to the original form of payment. Your refund will be process as STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Returns will only be accepted if it is within 14 days of delivery, meaning that you have 14 days after the day of delivery to open a return case for store credit only!

CANCELATIONS: We do not process cancelations once your order has been processed and shipped.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If an item is defective or damage you must notify LEGACY via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You will be instructed via email on how to mail back the defective item. Replacement or Store credit will be issued. 

Defective items must be unused with tagsattached to it. If a defective/damage item has been used or contains any body odors or fragrances your claim will not be accepted and refund or replacement will NOT be issue .

WRONG ITEM : Incorrect items must be reported to LEGACY within 48 hours of delivery. You will be instructed via email on how to mail back the incorrect item. 

WILL I RECEIVE A PREPAID LABEL?

1. You can ship the item/items back on your own - We recommend USPS First class or Flat rate shipping. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your own records.

2. We can provide you with a return label that will be subject to a fee of $6.99 that will be deducted from your store credit. 

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM ?

Please email INFO@LEGACYBOUTIQUEUS.COM to get your return/exchanges approved. 

Please do NOT ship your item back without being approved .

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as the email is sent before the 14 days are over, you will be within the time frame for requesting a return. Not all return requests will be accepted, as we are being extra precautious due to COVID-19. Most often, only exchanges will be accepted or store credit will be issued and the customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns/exchanges. 

To be considered for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and will need to send a picture of the item defect. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us INFO@LEGACYBOUTIQUEUS.COM Please include your order number, name of item(s) you'd like to return, as well as the reason for requesting a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS  with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have up to 14 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with the item.

 

Return to sender packages

Customers will be responsible for paying to re-ship any packages that are received back at our facility as a return to sender. Customers will be contacted if this is the case with further instructions on how to proceed. Please double check your address/information at checkout to ensure your package is delivered to the correct address.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items include but are not limited to all handmade items, jewelry, bralettes, hats, sale items, items purchased during a promotion (ex. Black Friday), and bodysuits.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Shipments will be processed once payment clears within 1-5 business days, however most often, orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

    Tracking information and shipping confirmation will be provided to the email address used when placing the order.

    We offer USPS standard , USPS priority shipping.

    Standard:  (3 - 4 business days) HOLIDAYS might affect and cause carrier delays. This will include insurance up to $100 with USPS or UPS Carrier. 

    USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS:  (1-2 business day) HOLIDAYS might affect and cause carrier delays. This will include insurance up to $100 with USPS or UPS Carrier.

    MISSING /STOLEN MAIL: LEGACY Is NOT responsible for missing or stolen mail/goods once it leaves our premises. You will have to contact the USPS or UPS directly on this matter.
